This was absolutely THE WORSE dining experience of my life! At first we entered the downstairs bar, which was completely empty and the bartender and another person were seated talking to each other. When we walked in they just looked at us and finally when we asked where the restaurant was they directed us upstairs. Once upstairs it was oddly quiet (no music for ambiance) just the sound of the giant industrial metal fan in the corner of the room. Still trying to give the place a chance we sat by the window and picked out an appetizer (mussels in a garlic sauce) It was luke warm and just looked like mussels in dirty water - worse yet thats about what it tasted like. Also, over half the mussels they gave us were bad an inedible. Next my Husband ordered the crab cakes and I selected the chickenpotpie (because it was supposed to be a specialty) My Husbands crab cakes again were room temperature, bland and the sauce, I'm assuming was supposed to be a remoulade looked like it was from a squeeze bottle. My chicken potpie was not only disgusting to look at, it was disgusting. The chicken was mush, apparently shredded chicken that had been left sitting until it became a yellow mushy substance. The so called chickenpotpie was made with what appeared to be puff pastry and again the tasteless concoction looked like a mushy, disgusting mess. A completely inedible meal and the topper was the tab. This horrible display cost more than a meal at a nice steak house. I could have gotten a better meal at a $2 taco shop. It's been several months and I'm still haunted by this experience; 2 thumbs down - 4 if you count my Husbands opinion!!! Hopefully, someone will take over this restaurant and make it at least decent. However, I am so scarred by the experience I will NEVER return to that location for fear of flashbacks. Our meal remained virtually untouched and the ""waiter"" didn't even ask if everything was okay. Just a horrible all around experience - Save your money and get a burger. Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything
