Review content:
I left my cat here for a week while I went on vacation. When I returned he had had a piece of tape with his name put around his neck (quite tightly) which I had not been informed would happen. When I removed it I saw that he had developed a sore and a huge patch of fur was missing (a ring that went halfway around his neck). When I phoned to complain, the owner blamed me at first, claiming he'd come in like that. I pointed out he was an indoor cat and did not wear a collar, that this man had not been present at the check in, and that I was surprised not to get any kind of apology or customer service when I had just paid $120 and been given back an injured cat. He then tried to tell me that it was the cat's fault for trying to remove the tape. I asked why the cat had the tape in the first place when I had not been informed this would happen or asked if it was okay. He said they put it on all cats which is not true as I saw many cats without collars or tape in the establishment when I dropped him off and collected the cat. Pros: pleasant facility, some staff very sweet Cons: cat injured, owners irresponsible
