After pricing around town for a surgery for our cat, we were referred to ABC, we were told they had a history of working out payment plans (we were looking at spending over $1000 and as working college students, that just wasn't happening). Unfortunately they no longer do payment plans, but after taking a look at our cat it was discovered that surgery was not needed.
2 other vets had examined our cat previously, both saying he needed the surgery or he wouldn't survive. Within 10 minutes of being seen at ABC, it was found that antibiotics could solve our problem, while also saving us hundreds of dollars.
I was so impressed by their patience with us in a very stressful time (we were preparing ourselves to lose our friend) and also by the way they understood our financial situation and did not pressure us with procedures.
