Review content:
I called to make an appointment, and they were able to get me in in the next 2 days. I got there for my appointment 20 minutes early (they suggest 15), but waited an additional 25 minutes past my appointment time~ not too impressed! that is the reason you have appointments right? The nurse that met me was very very friendly and really put me at ease. Once I was actually ready for my procedure, it took another 15 minutes for the doctor to actually show up (again~ not too impressed). During the procedure, I wanted to ask the doctor a question, and he actually said "" please keep your questions until after we're done"". That was just plain rude. My procedure was very painful, but I think that the doctor could have been a bit more careful and could have had better bedside manners. The nurse however (and I wish I could remember her name) was incredibly nice, personable, and sympathetic.
Pros: very nice nurse
Cons: long wait
