Review content:
Ken and his son installed a new heat and air system in our home about two years ago. They have had to come out and repair the system at least 20 times since they installed it and are charging us to come repair it even though their own faulty workmanship is at fault and the system is under warranty. We would have been better off just flushing our $3000 down the toilet because at least I would not have had to look at their ugly faces in my house 20 times at least in the last 2 years or pay them for their own mistakes. We are considering a law suit. They should not be allowed to remain in business. Incompetent, scam artists, or both. Do yourself a favor and get someone else to do your heat and air system. 1 star is too many.
