I also was promised by the owner that my picture would be framed in 10 days max. On the 10th day, I was told it was ?still drying,? (?) & it would take longer. He said I should just relax & he?d call me when it was ready. When I asked what day, he started to rail at me ? saying my call was interrupting the cogs in the machinery & taking him away from work. He told me to pick up my picture immediately. When I picked it up, it was interesting to see that my picture was in a pile with the mat and frame. Nothing had ever been glued or drying! I was treated rudely, to boot! I don?t know how this guy stays in business! I would NOT recommend this establishment!
