Businiess name:  P F Chang's China Bistro

Review content:
While traveling in Texas I once ate at an Italian restaurant, big mistake. It is hard to find good Italian food in an area that chicken fries everything. My point is that if you want authentic Chinese food make sure it is a small family run restaurant in a part of town that caters to Chinese locals. P.F. Changs is a Chinese Bistro that provides you with tastes you would expect in a shopping mall food court. Dont expect delicate subtle flavors you may encounter from the Iron Chef, this stuff is heavy western style Chinese food you would find in the heart of Texas. Chinese food for Americans, and while you are there dont be afraid to ask for some A-1 sauce to go with your meal. If you do not like this style of food then check out some of the restaurants in China Town. Pros: nice place, average service, outdoor seating Cons: food, food, food
