i've tried & tried to give these guys a fair chance since i live in the neighbourhood. It's been a waste of time. Each time i've shopped here i've been made to feel like i was troubling the very busy employees who are always working on something else. there's no one to really assist you. i've spent a fortune here which makes me feel like an idiot as their service and quality definately don't validate my spending. Most recently my mother placed a few orders for my birthday... one of the plants they sent was an air plant & i didn't know that at the time. so i called to ask how i could care for this plant with no soil, how much water does it need etc? the lady on the phone was abrasive and said they ""don't normally answer such questions but she would do it this once""!!!! CRAZY, anyway she never bothered to call me back, my mother spent a fortune on all these orders & they couldn't even tell me what plant it was they had sent over. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME. THERE ARE SO MANY SUPERIOR PLACES AROUND VENICE!
Pros: some unusual flowers
Cons: worst customer service ever!
