I placed my order and was asked to wait 3 mins for the popcorn chicken to be made fresh. I agreed while noting that this is the second time in 2 days that they had to make the chicken, I paid the clerk and was asked to park in a parking space near by, which didn't make any sense as there were no other customers in the drive through. I parked and waited... and waited? and only after 12 mins after being asked to go sit in the parking lot and wait for them did i have to walk into the store to remind the employees that i was waiting. The cashier THEN asked another employee ""hey, could you make the popcorn chicken?"". I watched as the 3 employees walked about confused-like, gave a customer that walked in about 4 mins prior his food, then start putting my order together. I left the lobby of the KFC 18 minutes after the receipt printed in the drive-through. After leaving, I then realized they didn't even give me my large Pepsi that I had ordered. Oh, and about a third of the ""chicken"" in the popcorn chicken is clumps of breading. From now on i'm making chicken at home. it's faster, better, and less of a hassle than going to this joke of a restaurant.
