I've been to Gladstone's many times now, always for the location - you can't beat a table right off the beach with a sweeping ocean view. As soon as you order, they deliver fantastic bread, usually still hot. The calamari appetizer is HUGE and a must-try, and the desserts are also quite tasty with generous portions. The drinks are very over-priced, and they sometimes come in plastic cups, which makes me feel like I'm in college. But overall, I love the view and the appetizers too much to stay away for long.
