Carla's creates an atmosphere that you're not going to find in any other salon in Oak Harbor! The services are well priced and more professional than most. I feel like I really did have a day at the spa when I leave there! The staff are very thoughtful and listen to what I'm looking for unlike so many other salons. I've been having my hair done there for some time and just recently started going there for a pedicure and facial, both were AMAZING! Can't imagine trusting any other place to take care of me :)
