You know. That is the last time i ship with UPS. The store owners are very rude. The do not care about their customers. When you ship with them you use their account. UPS will not let you talk to them because you are using the store account. The store owners are rude and not helpful. Very lazy. I asked them to dispute a claim they refused because they do not want to make a phone call to UPS. Run away.
