Review content:
We wanted them to come out and open our pool... it was a little pricey. But we were told their price included hooking up the filter, cleaning the winter cover, hooking up the skimmer, and shocking the pool (although there was an additional charge for all chemicals used). We were also told we had to drain as much water off the top of the pool as we could prior to their visit. Anyways, the guys that came out didn't do half of what they said, and we eneded up spending $70 more than the quote. First, they said our winter cover had a hole in it so they wouldn't clean it. They said we needed new hoses, so they didn't hook up the skimmer or vaccum the bottom of the pool. Then, he said our skimmer had a small leak, and he fixed with putty (took him a couple minutes, charged us an additional fee). Although he said it was a temporary fix that could last up to a couple years- it actually only lasted about 3 days.
