Review content:
You decide..... Doctor broke an instrument during surgery. Broken instrument was not preserved, it was thrown away. A piece that broke was left in the patient in the spine. Doctor misrepresented details of the incident and avoided answering specific questions. Hospital staff (nurses, physical therepist) tried to force torso movements. Turns out they were not informed of the fragment left in spine. Patient's condition was worse after the surgery. Office staff tried to rush schedule another surgery, probably to CYA. Patient lost job and career as a result of the piece left in the spine. Doctor denies any responsibility in the matter. Patient walked into the hospital only to leave crippled.
