Their customer service is great. Not much jewelry to see as they create beautiful custom jewelry pieces. I have taken in my wrist watches for battery replacement to other local jewelers. Always get an exhorberant price quote for battery replacement; not to mention that they ""can't replace the battery until tomorrow"" and am asked to leave my watch with them. Found this jeweler in a ""cubby hole"" store by accident. Walked in, asked how much to replace my battery, quote was reasonable, so I have been back many times. They are courteous, quick and INexpensive. My star rating: ***** (5 stars!)
