It's no wonder that Fred has been in business so long. . . .He's honest...He & his team are one of the best auto repair shops around...On a recent trip there after my VW Jetta 's warranty ran out with the dealer and the engine light went on they found I needed a tune up...Work done and the next day the engine light went on ..Paniced I called Fred he said bring it right in..( A saturday afternoon ..unheard of @ the dealer) They tested it & turned out to be catalytic converter...a $1500.00 job ....Fred told me to call the dealer as although the car was out of warranty they still had to cover my catalytic converter through an EPA law....He was RIGHT!!!! I would have never known and paid the $1500.00 to Fred...HONEST!!!! All that diagnostic and FREE....He didn't charge me for finding out what was really wrong with it.......So the dealer saw myJetta for the last time and I'm sure will see my Jetta (actually both of them as I have 2) the next time I need service......GREAT JOB KNEBLES!!!!!!
