Staying in top shape is very important to live a healthy life. To attain that goal you have to work your hardest and focus on the benefits from being fit. At Joe Phebus?s Escondido Fight Club he can help you reach that goal! Joe has been a trainer/mentor to the community for 3 years. He wrestled for 8 years (4 for Orange Glen High School) and is now living the dream of giving back to his community. He loves helping and building a better future for children who want to succeed. Joe provides a place for those wanting to become physically fit. He pushes all of the club?s members to go after their goals in or out of the gym.
There are programs for all ages both male and females so bring your entire family to the club. It?s a fitness club with cardio and strength equipment. There are weight sets, boxing bags, cardio machines, and even a full-sized octagon. Mixed martial arts, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, boxing and kick boxing programs are offered here. The best part about this center is that there are no contracts for doing these programs/using the facility unlike 24 Hour/LA Fitness. If you feel the program is not right for you, the center would give a full refund! Joe focuses on giving the satisfaction to the entire community.
