My fiance and I decided to have our groomsmen order vest and pants instead of renting. We decided to go with Men's Warehouse but were incredibly frustrated with their service and organization. First off the guy who helped us tried to tell me how I was supposed to dress everyone in my wedding as well as how I was supposed to do my wedding. Then, as time went on we learned that if we did not work strictly with the first person we talked to no one knew what was going on. The guys went in to get measured, then when we ordered they tried to measure them again. Then they didn't call when everything was in, but as things came in. And then, 3 weeks away from the wedding we still don't have the GROOM's vest. I would never recommend anyone to go here for their wedding needs. On top of it all, when I mentioned something I was given every excuse in the book why it happened the way it was as opposed to just a sincere apology. Extremely frustrating.
