Review content:
He seemed more like an adult doctor--than a specialist in pediatrics. My 4 year old son was very nervous at his visit. Dr Gross didn't comfort him or try to make it fun like our regular pediatrician does. Instead he demanded my son's full attention in ways that were more appropriate for an older child---using statements like ""sit up straight"" ""you're not trying hard enough"" ""are you even paying attention?"" We waited for 45 minutes to even get to the back and 30 more minutes to see him. He offered an apology to me for the wait but didn't even take into account the adjustments he needed to make for a 4 year old that was also tired of waiting!
