I live out of town and was shopping for a car for my daughter who goes to shchool in Nashville so I had to do it all on the Internet. Tried several Nashville dealerships but got the runaround. The guy at Hibbard answered my questions and when the sales rep, Mike Belote contacted me he had a price and all the details about the exact car I wanted. We did the deal and my daughter went in and picked up her car with no snags or last minute surprises. I'll recommend them to anyone.
