I was not pleased with the service I received from the Internet Sales Manager. Im a single woman and did my research before shopping for a car. I believe dealerships are entitled to a reasonable profit and was interested in a fair process. I purchased a report from ConsumerReports which provides invoice prices and calculates destination fees etc. I used the recommended starting price for negotiations and received the following email from Mike Romanello, Internet Sales Manager. This was the only rude response I received after contacting several dealerships in the Nashville area.
