I?ve been going to J. Thompson over four years now and Jennifer has always given me the absolute best treatment anyone could expect. There is obviously a smear campaign going on here between a former employee of J. Thompson Salons and the Salon itself. I can?t think of why people like to drag others through the mud. I feel sorry for those who feel they must try to insult her and what she believes. It also saddens me that an online review site like CitySearch allows this kind of activity. Trust me, there are at least a dozen other wonderful employees of J. Thompson Salons (most of whom I?ve had the pleasure of meeting), that are more than capable of taking care of you. I will be continuing to go to Jennifer for the long haul.
Pros: Most friendly staff I know of
Cons: Little pricey but worth it
