I called for some transportation information because my family and I planned on staying in Orlando,Fl for two weeks. The person who answered was very rude, she apparently got upset because I asked her to repeat the information she had given me. She said, "" I have already told you this!"" Isn't repeating information part of a good customer service? She just hung up; I called back and no one answered. I decided to not trust this service.
