Do Not Us This Clinic For ANY GI Procedures! These people are so unprofessional and do not treat people like humans. They called and moved my apt that I had scheduled for 2 weeks to the last pt of the day. They said I didn't need to bring any money in then the day before my apt they told me I needed to bring in $1000!!! I had already started my cleanse so I had to go through with it. During the procedure they refused to give me more Anastasia. I remember the procedure (I had an Endo and colon) I was gripping the bars so tight that my knuckles turned white and still they would not give me anything. They mad me get dressed and leave less than 10 min after the procedure - I hadn't even passed gas yet! I told them that I was feeling a little sick and they handed me the plastic bag my clothes were in and said ""here use this"". I felt used and dehumanized. DO NOT GO TO THE GI ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF HARLOW ROAD CLINIC!!! There is so many better GIs you can go to.
Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Bad Doc and Nurses. Don't care about Patients!
