We were very happy with the customer service we got from Bynum Plumbing. Since we wanted a very specific model of water heater but the only one they had left in stock had some surface scratches and dents, they installed it that day and then changed it out for a better one for FREE when their next shipment of water heaters came in. Also, they alerted us to a $200 rebate we were eligible for from the gas company for buying the water heater, which we never would have known about!
Their prices were the best I could find after shopping around the area, and the technician was polite and professional. Our only complaint was he arrived late for the first installation. But all in all we are very happy customers!
