Review content:
OUT of town buyer that bought a Lexus from this dealership. FIrst impression seemed nice, however, BE AWARE of this place. First, car was missing shifter piece and was promised to be overnighted the next day. After probably 5 calls, it arrived almost a month later. Then, after taking car through a car wash, i found out the LEXUS WAS PAINTED AND UNDISCLOSED! Paint tape was found on the underbody. Lastly, after 4 months of use, i had brake noise and took to my local Lexus dealership who said whomever installed the brake pads last, put on incorrectly..guess who put these on prior to me buying? GERMAIN LEXUS.
Cons: WORST Customer Service and LIARS.
