I wish I could give zero stars. I stopped going to this restaurant a long time ago, but my disgust for this restaurant still lingers so I felt I should let others know to avoid this place. My orders were never made ""my way."" I asked for everything to be made fresh/hot, and said I did not care how long I had to wait. I still got cold food, and when I came back to return it and get a refund, the workers had an attitude. First of all, I know for a fact that they are not eating cold food (unless it is meant to be cold/chilled i.e. salads). Having worked at a fast food establishment in high school, I am pretty sure the workers there are eating the fresh, hot food when it is made. I know I used to. Secondly, what is the problem if I say I don't mind waiting? Third, if you do not like working there, there is a simple solution: quit. Don't take it out on the customers because you do not want to be there. I do not understand why people get attitudes when customers want hot food, especially when the customer has been nothing but nice. - I called and did the survey that they print on the receipts a while ago, but that didn't even help. I even gave them all poor ratings and left a message for the ""owner/manager"" to listen to. Eventually I just gave up on all Burger King restaurants. With places like ""Five Guys"" and ""Andys"" out there, Burger King really needs to step their game up and start thinking about making their food fresh to order.
