I went to the Round Rock store and I liked the layout of the store and really helped me pick flooring, but the upside of that store ends there. The shady salesman came to my home and provided me a quote, but then tried to change the price several times a few days later. After finally getting him to commit to his original price, I was told that it was up to me to count all of the boxes of tile and wood because it was not their responsibility to ensure they delivered the right amount (!). The installers of the tile were chronically late and some of the grout lines are mis-aligned. The failed to nail in a molding.. didn't re-caulk the bathroom.. took off with my extra tile.. and killed some of my grass in the backyard where they dumped all their wasted grout. The only reason why they got one star is because the hardwood flooring installers were friendly and did a great job. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
