I was very disappointed and frustrated about the service I recieved from Uptown Carpet Cleaner. First off I felt that I was being over charged but regretfully told the owner, Aaron, to go through with it even though he brought a helper/assistant that looked like an ex-covict. After they left I noticed that they did not clean a section between my living room couch and a table which he refused to come back to finish the job that I paid them for. If you do not want to be over charged for people with tank tops and tatoos to come over and over charge for a horrible job then DO NOT call Uptown Carpet Cleaner.
