To tell you why I will continue to bring my Honda to Tao Auto, I should tell you about the repair places that could not fix the problems that Tao diagnosed and fixed the first time.
1) Honda dealer. Claimed my Air conditioner was not even broken, claiming that this model year of Civic had a weak AC. At Tao, I dropped the car off at 4:00 PM the day before my schedule service and Tao had diagnosed the problem by 5:00 PM and had called me. I wasnt expecting a call until the next day.
2) A guy who owned a Honda racing team and Honda repair shop. This guy knew Hondas inside out, yet despite two trips to his shop, he could not ""reproduce"" the problem (i.e., wasnt willing to spend enough time with my car). Tao also quicky diagnosed and fixed this problem.
