DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! This place is completely unprofessional! To make my long story short as I possibly can...my son went in one sat and paid $50 to take the drivers Ed course to find there was no Instructor and he was told he could look at a video, I didnt pay $50 for him to teach himself; STRIKE ONE 1. The next day he went to attend the class at 9am and they were closed, keep in mind the hours are from 8am-8pm; STRIKE 2! The following Monday I attempted to call and I was unable to reach anyone for at least a weak and a half, STRIKE 3! IM ON A WAR PATH NOW. When I finally reached someone I was met with tons of excuses which i didnt want to hear and I eventually asked for a refund and he agreed and said I could come pick the money up the same day, when I arrived the guy wasn't there and my money wasnt there either and no one knew what was going on. How the hell do you run a business with no one knowing whats happening?! I was told to come back the next day, I did, again no refund and asked to come back the next day, I called and again I was given a bunch of BS from someone else that doesnt have any phone etiquette. I asked what was the title of Mark, the guy I had be speaking to and I was told he's the OWNER! Are you kidding me! So the OWNER is being unprofessional and screwing me in regards to my money! I dont think so. So that was Tues-Thurs, on Friday I show up at 4pm and they were CLOSED! Remember I said the hours were from 8-8. So I show up Sat morning and oh wow, they're open and the instructor is there, but no owner. i pull her to the side tell her my situation and she gets the owner on the phone since he's been ignoring my calls and its seems he has me confused with a different person that's been complaining, I expressed that I have a problem with him and his bad business practices. Again, I was met with a 101 excuses. Dont send your kids here because you will NOT get what you pay for. Did I get my refund? No. Why? Because the Instructor I originally sent him there for convinced me to let him take her class and that he would get everything he needs to take the exam and that after hearing everything that happened to me on top of what she's been dealing with, that this may be her final weekend, who knows. All I know is, I will place a bad review on every site possible and word of mouth is a powerful thing and they've PISSED OFF the wrong woman
