Review content:
We reserved a 15 passenger van to pick us up at our house last Saturday morning and take us to a marina on lake Travis. The van was then going to pick us up at 3pm and take us home.
The van showed up on time but then died in front of our house. We let the driver barrow jumper cables but it still wouldn't start. The driver told us the office was closed so there was no way he could get a back up van. We confirmed with him that he would be there to get us at 3 and then we ended up driving. At 3pm the driver wasnt there so we called and he was still an hour away.
