Overall, Crescent Falls is a beautiful building, but the cost of the rent is too high for what you get. Prices start around $3000 for a 2 BR. Parking is an additional $150 for a second car. The location isn't really walking distance to many restaurants; although it is convenient if you take the Metro or 66. The building has had multiple thefts in the garage! Several bikes have been stolen as well as tires from 2 Cadillac Escalades and other various items from cars. The noise is a bit of an issue since the noise from the heavy security doors is heard throughout the building. It might be ok if you live on the 5th or 6th floor. There are a lot of dog owners in the building that walk the dogs at early hours. If the doors close then the sound can be heard on the bottom floors. The building and its amenities are absolutely gorgeous (a pool would be nice). There is a nice movie theater, gym, professional outdoor grills, outdoor fire pit and fireplace. The apartments are also wonderful with open floor layouts. Although, some apartments have had flooding issues. The staff are friendly and they host parties every so often. FYI, plan for rent increases when you renew. 9% for a 6-month, 5% for 12-month, and a 3% for 14-month.
