It was raining and I lost control of my truck and ended up on the side of the road pinned by some metal stakes used to hold up plastic sheeting. I called Randy Moore towing and talked to a very friendly person on the other line, who was patient, and listened to what I had to say without interrupting me like my previous experience with a towing company I called right before. Instead of ripping my truck back on the stakes, Randy took his time to pull my truck out sideways a little, one end at a time before pulling it on the towing bed. He actually cared about the condition of my truck and went to great lengths not to add more damage to it. He was very courteous and easy going and I believed he genuinely understands the situation people are in when accidents happen. I would recommend Randy Moore Towing to anyone, his rates were very reasonable as well!
