I didn't want to give them a rating of one star but it's required. They are very expensive and did a horrible job on my drapes. They damaged them by spotting and staining them which ultimately changed them to a dingy grey color (they used to be a light cream color).They ""offered"" to clean them again and I could watch. The manager would not even look at the mess that they made. I was fed up and then I was given the run around in terms of what they would do. The manager thought he'd do me a favor and not charge me for the job--gee thanks! He is the only person who can apparently speak for the company and was very evasive after that. Clearly they are the type of dry cleaners that cannot take responsibility when they ruin a pair of drapes. I won?t be taking my dry cleaning there anymore and you shouldn't either.
