Review content:
These guys have now been at my place 3 times, and my heater STILL isn't working. The day I got my $180 bill for 1.25 hours of service, my hot air stopped blowing again. When I called, they said I'd have to pay the $65 upfront service call fee again (3rd time) because they didn't know if this was the same problem or not. Of course it's the same problem. The heater worked for only 2 weeks after the last time they left, maybe they could have one IOTA of customer service and charge me just for labor this time, but nope. And, when I said I'd probably then decide to go with another company, the woman on the phone said ""OK, that's fine go right ahead."" I guess they really care about customer loyalty.
