I wanted to let you know that Zack was here this afternoon performing the energy audit of my home. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and expertise. I had a ton of questions and he was very patient and took the time to explain what he was doing, why and what the information meant. He and I were surprised at the results of a couple things, testing showed better efficiency than expected in some areas. And there were obvious problem that were of no surprise. He indicated that Jesse would be the perfect contact for one specific area of concern, my windows. He outlined the process for me so that I know what to expect next and that you all will help me determine where I go from here once all is put together and the report completed. I commend you on your staff training and regard for customer service. Zack is a tremendous asset to your organization and it makes me feel good to consider myself.
