As residents of West San Jose, we have been customers of Perfect Shine for nearly 8 years (if you include the first 3 years when they were under a different name). We have been very satisfied with their service - they are extremely reliable. We now have them clean our house and fold laundry weekly, and vacuum and iron on alternate weeks. They do a superb job of cleaning our house consistently each week. We have been especially happy with how they clean the bathrooms and kitchen. We have two very messy small children, and the Perfect Shine crew makes the house look like adults live here too. The products they use leave the house looking and smelling clean without a strong chemical smell. On the very rare occasions that the Perfect Shine crew missed something, we were always able to call up Eric, and he would set it right. In all the time that we have done business with them, Perfect Shine has charged reasonable fees for their services.
We have also hired Perfect Shine for specialty services, such as shampooing the carpets and deep cleaning the kitchen. We were also satisfied with those services, and they were competitively priced.
