We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. This company is the worst. I ordered and paid for food at 3 pm. The original estimate on the website said I should expect it around 4. I was called at 4 and told it would be at 5 instead. I wasn't really happy, but I said okay. 5 rolled around and nothing. I checked the website and the time had changed to 5:30, so I waited some more. I finally called them at 6 to see what was going on and I was told that the driver just picked up the food and would be here in 10 minutes. I waited some MORE and called back at 6:30 to cancel my order. I thought I was done, but the driver then called and said that the order had just come out, was still warm, and he could be at my place in 15 minutes. I was really hungry at this point, and I felt bad that some driver would get stuck with a huge bill, so I said okay. I was suspicious though, so I called the restaurant to see if that was right since FF website said the food was being prepared a little before 5pm. They said it had been sitting since then. I called the driver and FF and re-canceled my order. So not only did they take 4 hours to even be able to get me my food, they let it sit for 2 hours and tried to lie to me. WORST EVER!!!
