Review content:
If I wouldn't have felt embarrased walking out as soon as I sat at the sushi bar, it would have looked like a scene out of a Road Runner cartoon(a wisp of dust) Beep!Beep! The doors to the sushi cooler were left open the whole time I was there, and looked like they had been for days! The fish was dried out and the Tomago actually looked dehydrated! I ordered a couple of pieces of Unagi and Ebi and was still afraid even though they were cooked. There was a card on the bar that had a Japanese name for the sushi chef but the guy behind the bar(although very friendly) was Hispanic! If this is what the food that is out for all to see looks like, I would never, ever trust the kitchen. I did enjoy the real, fresh wasabi! So much so, that I got a to-go container and took it to my favorite and without a doubt the best sushi place around(Jun's, 77th& Stateline Rd.). The place might be great for a cocktail and an upscale clientele, but I would recommend against the food, especially the sushi!!! ?Andie? my server was also very nice!
Pros: Service, Atmosphere, pretty people
Cons: Food, Food, Food!
