My experience with Flat Rate Carpet has been always been very good. I have been using them for years to clean my turkish area rugs that were passed on to me from my grandfather. Even though its a messy and dangerous job, Flat Rate always seems to do it just right. They have neevr raised the price on me, no matter how hard the job was. Every technician they ever sent has been friendly, honest, and reasonable. I cherish these rugs dearly, and I'm glad that i can trust a company to take care of my rugs.
