Reasonable company with prices, along with the 2 hour window of them showing up for the appointment. In the past I had a company with a 4 hours window of them showing up, and with the busy schedule of mine, it was a little issue. They actually came within the 1st hour. I just wanted the estimate, but the man that came over was knowledgable and made me feel comfortable in taking the area rug to the factory. I made a deposit, then I got the area rug back 2 weeks later and it looked great. The odor from my dog was out, and all is looking clean and good again with the rug. GOOD cleaning company
