Review content:
The photographs of our second child were taken at Capturing Life Photography (Hwy 72 W in Huntsville). While we were extremely pleased with the actual photographs, we were disappointed with the level of service we received. The photographer provided very little support in helping our child to smile, and it appeared that she thought she was doing us a favor by taking the pictures. Considering the prices that we paid, it seems like there should have been more of a personal touch. Don't get me wrong, the pictures are great, but the experience left a lot to be desired. Overall, the level of professionalism we experienced did not measure up to our expectations. We will not likely utilize the services of this photographer for any future photography needs.
