I signed up for the permanent make-up classes offered by Essential Permanent Cosmetics thinking I would be able to have a second income only to have my make-up done and not a chance of working in MO. MO. law requires 300 hours and has since 2008. EPC offers a 40 hours class which is worthless. I payed $4995.00 to EPC only to have my make-up done and not a chance of working in MO. The certificate offered is WORTHLESS!!!! I got a staph infection in my lower lip from procedure. I missed work. It took 25 days to heal. I payed $200.00 in medical bills for cultures, Dr. & meds. I have color on top lip & nothing on bottom. EPC were nice when taking my $4995.00 but when I asked for something stating the hours I put in for the class I paid for Virginia told me they would not apply. So you tell me...What did I pay for???? DO NOT BE TAKEN BY THESE PEOPLE!!! do your homework!! Check state law before listening to or paying EPC $4995.00 for anything. Pros: I know better now. Cons: A lot of time & money wasted. Uneven color
