I came to Virginia Schulte at Essential Permanent Cosmetics last year and had my eyebrows, eyeliner and lips done. It was not only a great decision, but I love the results! They were professionals all the way through and my family and friends have given me tons of compliments on how much better and younger I look! Just wanted to stop by and say thank you!
