They are clean and the service is very good. Remember it is a hair shop so expect to see hair. In the 1.5 years I've been having my hair braided by Fallou, I've never seen any bugs. They took me after I'd had my hair braided by a shop by the name of ""A Beautiful Association"", located in Southfield, MIchigan whose work (the braids) were literally falling out of my head the next day. It was a Sunday evening and Fallou said come in and I will see what I can do. I've never looked back. I get so many compliments about my braids. Some african braiders will braid too tight - NOT Fallou. She and her staff will braid securely but you will not feel like your scalp is about to come off of your head. I hope you make an appointment at her shop you will be very pleased with the finished product and the service.
