I went to Brakes plus to see if they had an openeing for an alignment, I didnt have the time to drop my car off today so I made an appointment for the next day, the manager, Wayne, asked me what was going on with my car, I said it shakes and goes thump thump( ok so Im a girl) Wayne said that doesnt sound like it needs an alignment, let me go out and take a look, I was amazed when he offered to take a look, he was busy and had a full schedule. So we walked out to my car. He felt the front tires and said my front passenger tire was seperated and I should replace it NOW! He said that was most likely the reson why my car was shaking and going thump thump, I went right away and purchased two front tires for my car, the shaking and thumps are GONE! YEAH!! Thank you Wayne, you were a big help today and I appreciate your honesty and your time! I thought I was in for a big repair. Its hard being a woman in a repair shop, but not this repair shop ladies!
