Review content:
i don't know what to think about the world anymore after dealing with these people.
disappointment doesn't even begin to describe my experience with these scumbags.
it's just unfortunate there is no zero/no star review option for me to rate L&N
a single mother who wants to do anything to make her son happy and her 19 year old son.
i was too young to know anything about cars and certainly neither did my mother.
the carfax read clean but when asked about the nature of a huge scratch on the front bumper, the car salesman says it bumped into a curb and that the previous owner was an old lady who kept the car in great condition (it was a fully loaded G35 coupe). It is disgusting that they would quickly make up a statement as an effort of reassuring the customer but ultimately to scam them in the biggest way possible.
after countless problems and thousands spent on repairs I found just how shocked the repair mechanics when they found a car of this state would be sold to mewithout anything being said about a completely broken ball joint, replacement hood and duct tape inside the front bumper and that the car had been in a major accident judging by the car?s damage and replacement parts
it is overwhelming for me to think how naiive we were at the time of purchasing the vehicle and the extent of their deceit to prey upon two people who, up to that point, believed in the good in people, but were seen as just another paycheck and trash to quickly discard after purchase.
the pathetic nature of their character was fully realized when I complained with an email and they replied (and i quote exactly), ""You've got a problem. let's go to the court and settle it.""
if a car's got a problem, chances are you won't know about it until later while they've known about it all along.
