Do not move into a property managed by this company. Since they took over management of my condo association (in Wheaton) the monthly assessment has increased from $167 to about $240, in 5 years! They never return calls or e-mail. They flagrantly abuse thier power to issue and enforce thier ""rules"". I am a single person who owns 2 cars. I drive one in summer, one in winter. Ipark the one I am not using on the street outside my unit. Thier rules state a car will be ""sticker-ed"" and if the car is not moved within 72 hours, it will be towed. They towed my car the same day after putting a sticker on it while I was at work! It cost me $300 to get it back. They abuse thier authority because you have no recourse. If you try to complain, noone will talk to you. I will never be a member of an association again because of these people.
