Review content:
I have been living in the Newport Townhomes for the past 10 years. I have had the misfortune of knowing with Pam Weisler on a few occassions. I agree that when you call on a legitimate complaint, you can never reach her and she will not return a phone call. I'm currently paying $140.00/month for association fees and it doesn't cover anything (of course they tell you that it does). They don't do anything in the winter, I shovel my own snow from the driveway and sidewalks and basically get plowed in from their bobcat. They don't do anything noticeable in the summer, I have to take care of my own yard if it is to look decent. It's ridiculous what they send out representing a budget...they ought to be completely ashamed of themselves. I also find it very odd that nothing is ever covered by them when something goes wrong around the place like gutters and such...there have been many instances in the neighborhood where the homeowners insurance company and the ""association"" cannot come to terms on who's responsible for repairs.
Cons: Management just doesn't care at ALL
